Yes, We Stop For Lunch Too!

Our lunch hour is from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Please make every effort to call before or after lunch when we are fully staffed and able to efficiently serve you. Please understand as our sales reps are busy or out to lunch our production team does not answer the phones at anytime so please leave a message. Also our phone systems do follow our sales reps and sometimes they will answer on there lunch break so please keep it short and they will contact you when they get back.

If you are returning our phone call, or just calling for the first time and get our answering service or voice mail we suggest that you Please state, "I am returning or I am calling" (state the persons name that left the message or you are trying to get a hold of) and what you are calling about (????)." By doing this It also cuts down the time for us to get you the person that called you originally or answer your questions faster.
