Our T-Shirts are printed in full color, have an 11x8.5 print area, and are made of 100% cotton. Great for all promotional and networking events such as grand openings, trade shows, and career fairs! With low minimums, you can upload various custom images conveniently.

DTG (direct to garment printing), is basically ink-jet printing for fabric. Its a great advantage over traditional screen printing.  DTG enables us to produce garments on a "print to order" basis. Since there are no limit to the number of colors to print, image come through with true colors.  The printed images wash very nicely unlike transfer and silk screened prints.

File Setup:

• 300 dpi CMYK file. Files can be PNG, AI, EPS, PSD, PDF,TIFF,JPG with no compression
• Photoshop or PSP files must purge layers and text to reduce file size
• Artwork should be created in 300 dpi. (converting a 72 dpi image to 300 will cause distortion of the image.)

Washing Instructions:

Wash at maximum 40 degree Celsius (104 degree Fahrenheit), turning the garment inside out. Do not use bleach. Do not tumble dry. If you Iron the T-shirt image after each wash, the colors will be re-enhanced. During ironing protect the image with a kitchen baking paper.
